Holger Schanz is a seasoned professional in the automotive software and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) sectors, currently serving as the Senior Director of Automotive Software at Marvell Technology since November 2023. Prior to this role, Holger Schanz held the position of Director of ADAS/AD & Sensorics at U Power from September 2021 to November 2023. Holger Schanz also served as President of Kynetek, LLC, focusing on engineering services for various industries from September 2018 to August 2021. With extensive experience at Continental from February 1998 to August 2018, Holger Schanz progressed through multiple roles including Program Manager for Automated Driving Systems and Senior Manager for Advanced Technology and Innovation, leading significant projects in driver assistance technologies across North America and Asia. Holger Schanz began a career in research at the University of Ulm, where expertise in RF technology and data communication was developed, culminating in a diploma in Electrical Engineering in 1997.
