Rodrigo Zottola Pareja is an experienced Technology Delivery Manager at Taller since November 2021, specializing in technical evaluation processes and client solutions. As a co-founder and Strategy Manager at Kaizen Zeta, Rodrigo leads skill development programs and fosters strong client relationships. Currently a university professor, Rodrigo teaches software development courses, while also having served as the Career Academic Director for a certification program in software development. Previous roles include Project Manager and Agile lead at Ford Argentina, Senior Agile Lead at Balanz Capital and Grupo Riquelme, Agile Coach at Anheuser-Busch InBev, and Citibanamex, all focused on Agile methodologies and digital transformation. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Management, an Engineer's degree in Computer Engineering, and multiple coaching certifications.
