Nancy Launderville is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training and support services, particularly focused on military personnel and their families. Currently serving as a Regional Training Manager at DWBH, LLC since June 2021, Nancy also holds the position of Transition Assistance Advisor at Skyline Ultd Inc. since March 2015, providing essential resources and support to service members transitioning from military service. Previous roles include Military Family Assistance Center Supervisor at Human Resources Consulting, Inc., Clinical Liaison at UCare, and Senior Trainer at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, among others. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Distribution, and Marketing Operations from St. Mary's University and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science for Contemporary Business Practice from Inver Hills Community College.
