Michele Noel is an experienced Business Systems Analyst currently working at Talking Stick Resort since July 2022, where collaboration with cross-functional teams has focused on enhancing hospitality business systems and improving operational efficiency through comprehensive requirement gathering and documentation. Prior to this role, Michele served as a Sales Process Coordinator at SITECH Southwest, managing various month-end reports, and held positions at General Motors, IBM, Comerica Bank, and Citizens Allmerica Financial Insurance that involved reporting analysis, business requirements documentation, and compliance with SOX regulations. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Wayne State University and an Associate of Science in Computer Information Systems/Programming from Schoolcraft College.
