Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and education. Currently serving as the proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store dedicated to organic body care products and environmental sustainability. Mariana has also held the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019 and worked as a nutritionist at a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Mariana served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
