Charlie Johns is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Operations & Strategy at TalentCraft since June 2020. Previously held the role of Product Owner at The Office of Experience, where responsibilities included maintaining a margin calculator for client project profitability and developing a comprehensive profit margin calculation program. Charlie also created a project profitability dashboard for executive tracking and independently managed a team for social media initiatives. Additional experience includes serving as an Assistant Coach for Special Olympics Illinois from 2016 to 2022. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University (2019-2022), and previously attended the University of South Carolina and Hinsdale Central High School, from which a high school diploma was earned in 2018.
