Shelby Mason currently serves as a Senior Community and Engagement Specialist at BARK, a role held since August 2016, where responsibilities include organizing employee resource group events, coordinating company volunteering, and enhancing employee engagement through various events. Previously, Shelby held positions such as Wellness Coordinator and Senior Ambassador, contributing to employee wellness initiatives and customer interactions, respectively. Prior experience includes a role as a Social Work Intern, addressing the needs of pregnant and postpartum women in low socioeconomic status communities, and a Summer Camp Counselor at Camp Arye, supporting children with special needs. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and is pursuing a Master's degree in Veterinary Social Work at The Ohio State University, expected to be completed in November 2024.
