Jordan Van Berkum has a diverse work experience. Starting from 2015, they worked as a Human Resource Assistant (Internship) at Weiler for a period of 3 months. In 2016, they joined Veridian Credit Union as a Teller Service Representative and worked there for a year. In 2017, they began working at TalentBridge as a Recruiting Coordinator, and in the same year, they also worked as an Administrative Assistant at ER Select. They continued to work at TalentBridge until 2022, holding various roles including Recruiting Coordinator and Customer Care Specialist/Timecard Specialist. From 2012 to 2017, they worked as a Checker at Hyvee Grocery. Currently, in 2022, they have started working as a Human Resources & Service Delivery Coordinator at Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines.

Jordan Van Berkum obtained a High School Diploma from Pleasantville Community College from 2009 to 2012. Following that, Jordan pursued an Associates of Arts Degree in the field of study at Hawkeye Community College from 2012 to 2014.
