Karen B. has worked for five companies in various roles. In 2013, they began working as an Ejecutiva Comercial for Entel. In 2017, they moved to Solutel as an Ejecutivo de Desarrollo del Negocio. In 2019, they returned to Entel as an Ejecutiva Atencion Preferencial. In 2021, they joined ECR Group Claro Chile as an Ejecutiva de Grandes Cuentas. Most recently, they began working as a Sales Development Representative for Talana in 2022.

Karen B. attended Duoc UC from 2019 to 2022, where they earned an Ingenieria en marketing in the field of Marketing/Gestión de marketing, general. Karen also attended AIEP from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Técnico profesional en comunicación y relaciones públicas in the field of Relaciones públicas/Gestión de imagen.
