Kimberly Poirier began their career in 1985 with Pitney Bowes, where they held the roles of Customer Service/Collection Supervisor and Portfolio Supervisor. In 1990, they moved to Seton Identification Products, where they worked as a Salesperson.

Kimberly Poirier holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Southern Connecticut State University.
