Tareq Bafadhl has a comprehensive work experience spanning various accounting roles in different companies. Tareq began their career as an Accountant at Bakhamis Co. in 2011 before moving on to Saudi Goody Products Marketing Company in 2012, where they held positions as a Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, and Corporate Accounting Supervisor. In 2020, they joined Takamol Business Solutions as an Accounting Manager and later became a Senior Accounting Manager. Currently, Tareq is working at Takamol Elqabida as an Accounting Director.

Tareq Bafadhl completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from King AbdulAziz University, which lasted from 2006 to 2010. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including Financial Accounting in SAP S/4HANA from SAP in 2018, High Impact Persentations from Dale in 2018, Certified Financial Modeller from the International Academy of Business and Financial Management in 2016, and Requirement of the transition to the international financial reporting standards "IFRS" from جامعة الملك عبد العزيز in 2016.
