Ms. Kristine Castillo currently serves as the Director of Human Resources of TAIT & Associates, Inc. and TAIT Environmental Services, Inc. She is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the HR department as well as identifying top talent acquisition & retention strategies, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Kristine received a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. She has a combined 9 years of experience within industries such as aerospace manufacturing, warehousing & distribution, and engineering consulting. The diversity in industry experience helps her to manage and undertake challenges that may arise.
