Laura LaMontagne, PHR has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Laura began their career in 2005 as a Human Resources Manager at MDI Holdings, Inc. Laura then moved to Capital Markets Cooperative in 2013, where they held the same role for 9 years. In 2022, they began their current role as Human Resources Manager at NLP Logix.

Laura LaMontagne, PHR received their MBA from the University of North Florida - Coggin College of Business in 2009, with a field of study in General Business. Prior to that, they earned their BA in Business Administration from Flagler College, which they completed in 2005.
