Thomas Lempa is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in technology and design. Currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Taikonauten since January 2013, Thomas has also led a self-employed venture, thomaslempa.de, as a web and software developer since November 2009. Previous roles include board member at nordhafen e.V., scientific staff in communication design at FH Mainz, and web developer and team leader in design and usability at netcar24 GmbH. Thomas's career began as managing director and developer at formrausch GmbH from January 2001 to March 2007. Education includes a degree in Computer Graphics and Image Processing from the University of Koblenz and Landau, completed in 2007.
