Tom Porat has over five years of professional experience in software engineering. Tom began their career in 2016 as a Full Stack Engineer at Ofek 324 Unit - IAF, where they designed and developed a web app used by UAV operators to execute their missions. Tom then moved on to become a Full Stack Team Leader at the same company, where they led a team of 4-7 developers and took on additional responsibilities such as sprint/PI planning, training new developers, and interacting with different teams and industries. Technologies they used at this job included Angular, Node. js microservices, MongoDB, Redis, GraphQL, and OpenShift. In 2021, Tom joined env0 as a Full Stack Engineer. Tom also has experience in Realtime Software Engineering, having designed and developed for the central computer of the F-16 fighter jet.

Tom Porat received their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies in 2021. Prior to that, they attended Mamram in 2015 and completed a Software Development Course.
