Alex MacLennan, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and education, currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tahoe Forest Health System since July 2006. Alex has held multiple roles within the organization, including Interim Chief Human Resource Officer and Director of Human Resources, emphasizing a people-centric approach to organizational success. Additionally, Alex manages daily HR activities and educational programs as a Human Resources Manager and previously coordinated educational activities ensuring regulatory compliance as the Education Department Coordinator. As an Educator, Alex brings an engaging style to learning. Alongside this, Alex is the Facilitator and Owner of Teaching Tahoe, responsible for marketing and instructing courses. Previous experience includes a position at Celestica from 1997 to 2001. Alex holds educational credentials from the University of Nevada, Reno, and continues studies at Capella University.
