Brook Theis is a Senior Software Developer at Tagg Education LLC since July 2019, with prior experience as a House Manager at Peaks Recovery Centers and as a Captioning Agent at CaptionCall, where Brook utilized Dragon voice-recognition software to assist hard-of-hearing customers. Brook holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Denver and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Western Governors University, expected to complete in September 2026. In addition, Brook graduated from the University of Denver Women's Coding Bootcamp from 2018 to 2019.
