Maor Romano is a skilled engineering professional with a strong background in manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as a Product and Manufacturer Engineer at Elbit System Land since February 2023, Maor also holds the position of Process Engineer and Battery Design at Tadiran Batteries Ltd since July 2021. Prior experience includes managing the Milling Department at Upstep Custom Orthotics, where responsibilities encompassed production management and process improvement. Maor's earlier role as a Manufacturing Engineer and CNC Technologist at Mechano-Deen further solidified expertise in CNC operations and manufacturing technologies. Maor holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ariel University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
