Chuck Lamar is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Workrise since January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Product Design Lead at Civitas Learning, where Chuck led the design for multiple product offerings and developed a new enterprise forecasting solution for university capacity planning. Additionally, Chuck held positions as a UX Researcher focusing on SaaS implementations, as well as a Content Designer for e-learning resources. Early career experiences at Texas State University included advising and developing training materials for staff, while prior roles at Dell and the Spanish Ministry of Education involved sales training and lesson plan creation, respectively. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from Texas State University.
