Kristina Engström is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer services and project management, currently serving as VP Customer Services Europe at Tacton since September 2012. In various leadership roles at Tacton, including Director of Consulting Europe and Director of Engagement Management, Kristina has successfully managed global sales consultant services linked to the implementation of CPQ software while actively engaging in sales and team coaching. Kristina's previous roles also include Senior Project Manager, overseeing multiple client deliveries, and Senior Business Consultant, where solutions for sales and quote management were designed and implemented. Earlier experiences include marketing work for Female Leader Engineer, a mechanical designer position at Vindmark Technologies AB, and front desk responsibilities at STF Vandrarhem Af Chapman/Skeppsholmen. Kristina holds a Master of Science degree from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and completed the European Project Semester at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.
