Turiya Gittens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Turiya most recently worked at Tablz as an Operations Manager & Customer Support Specialist. Prior to that, Turiya owned and managed their own ecommerce business called aVasa:Noir. Turiya also worked at Sherweb as an IT Support -Endpoint MDM Specialist and at Teleperformance as an Apple Technical Support specialist. Additionally, Turiya gained experience in the hospitality industry, working at Arowhon Pines as a Restaurant - Front of House Representative in two separate stints.

Turiya Gittens attended St. Clair College, where they pursued a degree in Hospitality Administration/ Business Management. Turiya completed their Associate's degree in this field in 2018.
