Sarika Tarsadia has held various roles in the field of hospitality, creative direction, and business management. Sarika served as the Creative Director at T2 Hospitality since October 2015. Prior to that, in 2014, they founded the company Together By Gravity and held the position of CEO and Founder. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as the COO and Co-Founder of SIX TWENTY. Additionally, Sarika worked at DAQRI from May 2015 to October 2015, where they served as a Social Media and Content Specialist.

Sarika Tarsadia earned a Bachelor of Marketing degree from Bentley University, specializing in Marketing, from 2009 to 2012.
