Caleb Rohn is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience in technical support and service management. Currently serving as a Tier 1 Engineer at T2 Computing, Inc. since January 2015, Caleb provides on-site computer technician services. Prior experience includes a tenure at Tekserve from January 2002 to December 2014 as an Onsite Tech, where responsibilities included Macintosh computer sales, warranty repair, installation, and troubleshooting while managing multiple service calls daily. Earlier in their career, from January 1992 to June 2001, Caleb held the position of Director of Service, Development and Training at Superior Bay Corp, overseeing customer service and training operations for Macintosh and Hewlett Packard computers. Caleb Rohn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Lake Superior State University.
