Julia Golovnya has a diverse work experience, starting in 2002 as a teacher of computer science at The Poltava State Agrarian Academy. Julia then worked as a programmer at the Central Administrative Board of the Pension fund of Ukraine, Poltava from 2003 to 2006. Julia then joined Incom as a Consultant mySAP CRM and later became the Head of mySAP CRM implementation group from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 onwards, they joined Technoserv Consulting as a Consultant SAP CRM and later became the Head of SAP CRM Implementation Unit.

Julia Golovnya obtained a specialist degree in Physics and computer science from an undisclosed institution between 1997 and 2002.
