Huyen Nicole Lam has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Huyen Nicole started their career at Banca del Gottardo as a Specialist Securities Settlement from 1999 to 2005. Huyen Nicole then joined B-Source SA as a Team Leader Securities Settlement from 2005 to 2013. After that, Huyen worked at Deutsche Bank for a brief period in 2013 as a Funds & Securities Trades & Transfers specialist. Huyen Nicole then joined Avaloq Sourcing (Switzerland & Liechtenstein) Ltd, where they held various roles including Bank to Bank Specialist, Head of Securities Settlement, SLB & Repo, Head of Securities Transfer, and Derivatives & Structured Products specialist from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Huyen serves as the Deputy Head of Business Support at Syz Group since November 2018, and they were promoted to the role of Head of Business Support in October 2021.

Huyen Nicole Lam has a rich educational background. In 2001, they attended the Geneva School of Business Administration (HEG), where they studied Business Administration. Following this, from 2002 to 2004, they pursued Business Management and Services at the University of Applied Sciences and Art (SUPSI). Subsequently, they focused on enhancing their knowledge in the financial field. From 2014 to 2017, they undertook various courses at the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA), including the Securities Operations Foundation Course, Collateral Management, Securities Lending & Borrowing, and Operation Certificate Programme. Huyen Nicole also obtained the Financial Markets Operations Diploma from ICMA in 2017.
