Michael Cody is a skilled Platform Engineer currently with Iron EagleX, Inc. since June 2023, and has been with Systems Plus, Inc. since March 2020. Michael's career includes roles as a System Administrator at ISPA Technology, NCI, Inc., TEKsystems, and Smartronix, along with technical support experience as a PC Technician and Service Desk Technician at Jacobs Technology. Michael served as an Information Technology Specialist in the US Army from June 2010 to March 2016, holding roles such as Information Management Officer and Information Assurance Management Officer. Michael possesses strong problem-solving abilities, experience with Active Directory, remote management tools, and familiarity with Remedy/Helpdesk management systems. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity from American Military University between 2016 and 2018 and has additional training from Carolina Career College.
