Shunmugam M is a seasoned Senior Manufacturing Engineer with extensive experience in semiconductor manufacturing. Currently at Systems on Silicon Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd since January 2022, Shunmugam focuses on achieving key performance indicators, optimizing tool throughput, and providing real-time production line solutions. Prior experience at UTAC from May 2010 to January 2022 involved overseeing wafer sort and test operations, leading teams, and driving efficiency through projects that resulted in significant cost savings. Shunmugam's career began at SPEL as a Manufacturing Engineer, where responsibilities included developing working instructions and coordinating with process engineers for cycle time improvement. Shunmugam holds a B.E. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology.
