Kent Griffiths is an accomplished Senior Hardware Verification Engineer at Silicon Creations since July 2016, specializing in testing PLL and SERDES IP. Prior experience includes a role as Hardware Design Staff Engineer II at STMicroelectronics, where Kent developed ASIC subsystems for cable TV and DOCSIS, as well as verification processes using UVM. Earlier positions at Cisco and Scientific Atlanta involved significant contributions to ASIC subsystem development and embedded software for various platforms, earning recognition as part of a team that won a 1996 Emmy for advancements in digital compression systems.
