Khaled Farouq is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Systems Engineering of Egypt since January 2019, Khaled's earlier roles include Chief Technology Officer at Masary Egypt, where innovative payment solutions were developed for underserved consumers, and Head of Products and Customer Acquisition at TEData, Egypt's largest Internet Service Provider. Khaled has also held significant positions at Huawei, Telecel Globe, and Vodafone Egypt, contributing to product development and business growth strategies. Khaled's career began at Systems Engineering of Egypt as a Customer Support Engineer, where foundational skills in network design and implementation were cultivated. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Helwan University, obtained in 1993.
