Kendra Johng is a seasoned technical writer and documentation manager currently serving as the Senior Technical Writer at Systalex Corp since October 2021, leading the documentation team and overseeing client deliverables for the EPA. Previous experience includes roles as a Lead Technical Writer for a U.S. contractor, a Technical Writer at Western Growers Insurance Services, and an EHS Consulting Specialist at BSI, where Kendra developed safety procedures and compliance documents. Additional roles include an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at Gilead Sciences, a Music Teacher at Founders Classical Academy, and various community-focused positions. Kendra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Arizona and completed a Six Sigma Green Belt Course at Villanova University in 2021.
