Will Diebold has worked in various roles since 2011. Will was a Men's Varsity Soccer Player at the University of Cincinnati from 2011-2015. Will then moved on to Park Place Dealerships, where they served as the New Car Sales Experience Manager and Product Concierge from 2015-2018. In 2018, they joined SafetyStratus as an Account Executive, where they helped customers perform inspections, report incidents, track corrective actions, administer institutional protocols, and manage inventories. In 2021, they joined Centerbase as an Account Executive.

Will Diebold attended Jesuit Dallas from 2007 to 2011, where they completed their High School degree. Will then attended the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, before graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 2015.
