Vanessa Leite is a Senior Software Engineer at SynSense since October 2022, with a strong background in neuroinformatics, holding a Doctor of Science degree from the University of Zurich and ETH Zurich. Previously, Vanessa served as a PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Neuroinformatics, where responsibilities included teaching the course INI401 - Introduction to Neuroinformatics. Prior experience includes a Developer & Researcher role at Tecgraf/PUC-Rio, where software for seismic data visualization for Petrobras was developed, and serving as a ScrumMaster to enhance team collaboration. Early in their career, Vanessa worked as an Estagiária de Informática at Vale. Vanessa holds a Master's degree in Computer Graphics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Maranhão.
