Vinay Gaba is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Currently, Vinay serves as a Tech Lead Manager at Airbnb since July 2019, focusing on UI Tooling Foundation and empowering design and engineering teams with advanced tooling capabilities. Vinay is also a Google Developer Expert for Android, actively engaging in public speaking at various conferences and events on topics like Jetpack Compose and Android development. Previous roles include software engineering positions at Snap Inc. and Spotify, where Vinay contributed to innovative projects in gaming and monetization, as well as founding Phi Labs, an app development studio. Vinay holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Thadomal Shahani Engineering College.
