Vivian (Zhimin) Ding has a strong background in customer support and service operations, with experience spanning over 25 years. Vivian (Zhimin) began their career at AsiaInfo in 1994, where they served as a Senior System Architect and later as a Project Manager and System Design Engineer. Vivian (Zhimin) then moved on to Aicent in 2001, where they worked as a Project Manager and Technical Support Engineer before being promoted to Director of Technical Support. In 2011, they became the VP of Service Operations at Aicent, where they led global operations teams and managed various aspects of service delivery and support. In 2014, Vivian joined Syniverse as the Regional VP of AP Service Operations and was later promoted to VP of Customer Support and Service Operations in 2015.
Vivian (Zhimin) Ding completed their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Beijing University Guanghua Business School from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications from 1990 to 1994.
