Martin Lerchner, Dr., MBA, serves as the Global CEO of rent-a-manager® since 2000, where the focus is on providing and coordinating a global pool of highly qualified management resources. In addition, Martin has been an author and speaker at LEADERSHIP 3.0 since January 2010, exploring themes of existence and conscious evolution. Previous experience includes serving as an Interim Manager at AUDI AG from 2008 to 2012, overseeing projects related to factory restructuring, strategy execution, and change management. Academically, Martin holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from California Southern University, and an MBA in General Management from Turku University of Applied Sciences.
