Krzysztof Dudzik-Górnicki is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as Director of Engineering at Syncron since December 2016, Krzysztof oversees the D2D (Dealer-to-Dealer) service development within the Service Supply Chain solution category, enhancing dealer interactions through Syncron Inventory. Previously held roles at Syncron include Senior Engineering Manager and Engineering Lead, where responsibilities ranged from managing engineering teams to supporting product development and quality assurance. With a career initiation at Comarch as a Software Designer, Krzysztof demonstrated expertise in software development methodologies, UI/UX analysis, and project coordination. Additional experience encompasses consultancy, freelancing, and programming roles at various companies. Krzysztof holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Warsaw and has engaged in international studies at Universität des Saarlandes and The University of Salford.
