Manoj Jons David has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Manoj Jons started their career as a Consulting Solution Architect at Lufthansa German Airlines in the Asia-Pacific region from June 2007 to December 2008. Manoj Jons then worked at Nimbient Systems as the Director of Software Services, where they built the SAP B1 Practice and developed technology strategies from January 2009 to March 2011.

Manoj then joined Pumex InfoTech as the CTO, where they played a key role in growing the company from a 10-member team to a 40+ member multi-technology off-site development company from May 2011 to May 2012.

After that, they co-founded Cavatina Solutions, which focused on startup product architecture and development. The company developed a healthcare patient engagement application called EffectiveResponseTM for a startup called Smart-ER. Cavatina Solutions was acquired by Theory Y Technologies in May 2015, and Manoj served as the Co-Founder and CEO from June 2012 to May 2015.

Manoj Jons also worked as a Technology Consultant at Yamaha Music India Limited from January 2015 to March 2016 and as the CTO at Theory Y Technologies from April 2015 to September 2016. At Theory Y Technologies, they built and trained the team, set technology strategies and directions, and was involved in competency building, practice and process setup, product design, architecture, and engineering management.

From March 2013 to December 2017, Manoj was the Co-Founder of VirtuosoMusic Solutions (P) Ltd, an initiative focused on making music education a better, faster, and enjoyable experience. The company aimed to enable aspiring musicians to perform music at every stage of learning with technology assistance.

Most recently, Manoj joined iManage as the Director of Engineering in February 2018, where they oversee the engineering department and contributes to the company's success.

Manoj Jons David began their education at St. Joseph's, Thrikkakara, where they completed their S.S.L.C. degree from 1974 to 1985. Manoj Jons then attended St. Paul's College, Kalamassery, from 1985 to 1987 for their pre-degree studies. After that, Manoj went on to Government Engineering College, Thrissur, where they studied Computer Science & Engineering and obtained their B. Tech. degree from 1987 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Manoj has also pursued various certifications related to music production. Manoj Jons completed the Music Production Specialization and Music Production Capstone courses from Coursera in January 2018. In January 2017, they obtained a certification in Pro Tools Basics by Berklee through Coursera Course Certificates. Furthermore, they completed The Technology of Music Production course by Berklee through Coursera Course Certificates in December 2016.
