Monika J. Stricker has over 20 years of experience in finance and compliance, currently serving as Vice President and Regulatory & Control Function Lead in Growth at Synchrony since September 2010. Prior roles at Synchrony include Vice President of Compliance Initiatives and Client Relationship Manager. Prior to Synchrony, Monika held the position of Risk Manager at Protiviti from August 2005 to August 2010 and served as Senior Treasury Analyst at Omnicare for a year. Monika began a career in finance at NCR as a Senior Financial Analyst from June 2001 to May 2004. Monika earned a degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, graduating between 1997 and 2001.
