Brittany Gabel

Director, Growth Marketing at Credit Karma

Brittany Gabel has extensive work experience, starting with their current role as Director of Growth Marketing at Credit Karma since December 2021. Brittany previously held the position of Senior Growth Manager at the same company from December 2019 to December 2021, and prior to that, they worked as a Growth Manager and then as a Growth Associate in the Engagement and Performance Marketing department, from September 2018 to December 2019.

Before joining Credit Karma, Gabel worked at Management Partners as a Senior Management Advisor from May 2015 to August 2018. Brittany also held positions as a Management Advisor from May 2014 to May 2015, and as a Management Analyst from May 2013 to May 2014.

Gabel's earlier career included a role as a Management Intern at the Public Works Agency in the City of Oakland from November 2012 to May 2013. Additionally, they worked as a Special Projects Coordinator and Assistant to the Chair at the Center for Latin American Studies at UC Berkeley from April 2010 to November 2012.

Their work experience also includes two roles as an Undergraduate Apprentice, one for Michele Priddmore Brown and the other for Jaqueline Adams, both in the Undergraduate Research Apprentice Program (URAP) during the first half of 2009.

Brittany Gabel's education history includes a variety of studies in different fields. In 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they obtained a B.A. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and Spanish. Continuing their education, they enrolled in the San Francisco State University from 2011 to 2013, achieving a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Public Administration. In 2015, Brittany pursued further learning by completing a Certificate in Data Analysis and Statistical Inference from Duke University, which was obtained through the Coursera online learning platform. Additionally, in 2018 and 2019, they attended Reforge where they completed the Growth Series program and the Engagement + Retention Deep Dive program, respectively.
