Emily Frost, CGSP, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and has held various roles at SYNC Residential since November 2019, including Human Resources Generalist and Resident Experience Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at Sundial Beach Resort & Spa from May 2014 to November 2019, where responsibilities encompassed Guest Services Executive and Owner Services Manager, overseeing operations and recruitment. Additional roles have included Event Assistant at Mill Top Banquet and Conference Center, Campus Ambassador for MRY, and front-line positions at Cracker Barrel and Ball State University. Emily holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Ball State University and an Indiana Core 40 Honors Diploma from Greenfield-Central High School.
