Sophie Reynolds is a Senior Scientist at Synairgen Research Ltd since June 2015, following a tenure as a Consultant Scientist and Research Scientist at Qu Biologics Inc. from January 2013 to April 2015, where expertise in immunotherapies for cancer and autoimmune diseases was developed. With hands-on experience in lab-based research utilizing in-vivo models and techniques such as flow cytometry and qPCR, Sophie has also contributed to characterizing immune cell changes in clinical trial samples and assisting with murine toxicology studies. Prior academic experience includes a Post Doctoral Research Assistant position at the University of Manchester, focusing on airway pharmacology and collaboration with pharmaceutical partners. Sophie holds a PhD in Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Therapeutics from Cardiff University and a BSc in Biochemistry from Sheffield University.
