Kaylie Mora is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in the recruiting field, currently serving as Recruiting Manager at Swoon since January 2017. In this role, Kaylie drives team performance across four alignments within the Major Accounts vertical, ensuring effective execution and accountability of recruiting strategies. Prior to this, Kaylie held various positions at Swoon, including Senior Lead Recruiter, Lead Recruiter for Major Accounts West, Senior Professional Recruiter, and Professional Recruiter. Kaylie began the career in customer service as a Server at Seasons 52 Restaurant from May 2015 to January 2017. Educationally, Kaylie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego, completed in 2016.
