Igor Brovchenko has been working in the software engineering and architecture industry since 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Web Developer (PHP, Symfony) for Private Entrepreneur. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Swivl, where they held the roles of Director of Software Engineering and Architecture, Chief Software Architect, and Technical Lead. During this time, they were responsible for defining products vision and strategy, leading strategic planning, managing teams and software projects, developing and drafting detailed product specifications, and more. From 2013 to 2018, they also organized the Symfony Camp UA conferences. In 2013, they were Lead Developer for CampEasy, a project launched in January 2012.

Igor Brovchenko obtained their Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Cherkasy State Technological University between 1998 and 2004.
