Mojahd Ahmed is an experienced professional in quality assurance and control within the food industry, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Quality Assurance at Switz Group since August 2016. Responsibilities include managing the food safety program across all SML plants, overseeing HACCP plans, and training personnel in food safety protocols.
