Miguel Hernanz Gil possesses extensive experience in management and supervision across various sectors, particularly in the food service and retail industries. Since June 2010, Miguel has held the position of Supervisor de colectividades/Gerente de centros at Serunion S.A., overseeing production and distribution processes in multiple dining facilities, while ensuring compliance with company quality standards. Prior to this role, Miguel spent a decade at IKEA, where responsibilities included leading a restaurant team of over 50 individuals and managing sales sectors, along with contributing to human resources development initiatives. Earlier career positions included managing sections at Carrefour España and administrative duties at Iberinform. Miguel holds a Licenciatura in Derecho from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
