Cyrille Baptiste has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Cyrille began their career as a Consultant at Unisys in 2005 before moving on to become a CS Engineer at A4Vision in 2006. Cyrille then worked as a Project Manager at Bioscrypt in 2007 and as Director 3D Face International at L-1 Identity Solutions from 2008 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Vinci Energies as a Responsable d'Affaires for three years. From 2011 to 2013, they served as the Director of Operations at Bridget. In 2013, they became the Responsable de succursale Lausanne at EGG-TELSA, where they worked until 2017. Currently, they are the Head of Infrastructure & Logistics - Vice Director at Swissquote, a position they have held since August 2018.

Cyrille Baptiste completed a Master's degree in Communication Systems at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne) from 1999 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree in Telekommunikation from Technische Universität Berlin, studying from 2002 to 2003.
