Brad Sanderson has extensive work experience in the fields of translational science, research, and product design. Brad currently holds the position of Associate Director of Translational Science and Product Design at Swisse Wellness. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Manager of Translational Science and Human Studies at the same company.

Brad Sanderson holds a Masters of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology/Vascular Science from The University of Queensland. Brad also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement Studies from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and an IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition from Sportsoracle. In addition to their educational background, Brad has obtained certifications in various fields. These include "INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN-CENTERED DESIGN" from IDEO.org in November 2021, Module 1 & 2 of Foundational Training in Teaching MBCT from The Oxford Mindfulness Centre in February 2020, and Introduction to Qualitative Interviewing from Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences - University of Oxford in November 2019.
