Major Spears, MBA, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager and AFRL Site Lead at Swingtech since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Tracking Technician for the Air National Guard from November 2015 to November 2021, and Program Manager at CYFOR TECHNOLOGIES LLC from January 2020 to August 2021. Major Spears has also contributed as Adjunct Faculty for the MBA program at Utica College and held various positions at BAE Systems, Assured Information Security, and the United States Air Force. Major Spears holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration in Technology Management from SUNY Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Graphic Design and Business from Liberty University.
