Fabien Depasse has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Fabien began their career as a Consultant at Axen from October 2005 to May 2007. Fabien then established their own freelancing company, Sapheo, where they provided services in project management, business analysis, and software design and development to clients in the Utilities and Telecommunication industries from May 2007 to March 2011. Following that, Fabien joined EURA NOVA as a Director, where they led the company's consulting practice, managed an Independent Research Centre, and established a Product Innovation Incubator Lab from March 2011 to July 2014. Currently, they are with SWIFT, where they have held various roles including Product Manager from August 2014 to July 2016, Head of MyStandards from August 2016 to April 2019, Head of gpi Customer Success from April 2019 to December 2020, Head of Go-to-market, Payment Products from December 2020 to April 2022, and currently serves as the Global Product Lead for SWIFT Go & Pre-validation starting from April 2022.

Fabien Depasse completed a Master's degree in Management from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2008 to 2010. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Entrepreneurship, also at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, from 2007 to 2008. Fabien's educational background also includes a Master's degree in Civil Engineering in Computer Sciences from the Université libre de Bruxelles, where they studied from 1999 to 2005.
