Luca Pusceddu has an extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Luca is currently working at Sobi - Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (publ) as the Europe Commercialization and Customer Excellence Lead. Prior to this, Luca held the position of Business Unit Director Haematology at the same company.

Before joining Sobi, Luca worked at Novartis Oncology where they held various roles. Luca was the Head of Business Excellence and Operations, Head of Commercial Excellence, Customer Relationship Team Leader (Hematology), Business Franchise Project and Planning Manager (Hematology), and Brand Manager (Hematology). Luca's tenure at Novartis Oncology started in 2005 as an ISF Specialist Oncology.

Prior to Novartis, Luca worked at Elan Pharmaceuticals as an ISF Specialist Oncology from 2003 to 2005, and at Pharmacia as an ISF Specialist Oncology from 2001 to 2003.

Luca Pusceddu, EMBA holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from the POLIMI Graduate School of Management, where they focused on Business Administration and Management, specifically in the area of Digital Transformation. Luca also attended Stanford University to further their understanding of Doing Business in Silicon Valley. In addition, they completed a program at SDA Bocconi in 2008. Luca Pusceddu's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology, with honors (110 cum laude), from Università degli Studi di Cagliari, which they obtained between 1995 and 2001.
